1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for one year;

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing taxi.

On March 14, 2018, the Defendant driven the above taxi at around 14:23 on March 14, 2018, and got long-distance 1, a 29-lane in the west-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and proceeded toward the direction of the long-distance from the direction of the Seongbuk-gu market.

Ultimately, due to the above occupational negligence, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim C, such as salt, tensions, etc. in light of the influence that requires approximately 2 weeks of treatment, injury to the victim E, such as a left-hand fladral fladral fladrization, which requires approximately 14 weeks of treatment, injury to the victim G, and injury to the victim H, such as the left-hand bludal bladr, which requires approximately 2 weeks of treatment.
