A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Damage to property;

A. On March 24, 2015, the Defendant decided to divorce at around 01:00, and sought C602 at Jeju, which is a residence of the victim B (the 32 years of age and women) who is the wife of the Defendant, who had been living for more than one year, opened a door to the door, but the victim expressed his/her desire to “be dead” in a large sense that he/she does not want to do so, and as a result, he/she collected and she fladdds the powder with the powder that is located in the corridor and fladsing it by cutting down with the flads and digital hand.

B. The Defendant continued to open a fire alarm box installed on the outer wall of the sixth floor, which is the joint ownership of the residents living in the above C (eight households, such as the president D, etc. of the resident autonomous council) and forced to remove and separate the alarm devices installed therein.

C. The Defendant, at the 502th floor below the victim E (30 years of age), landed the front door and digital drawings into the said fire extinguishing machine, and cut off the front door and digital drawings. The Defendant forced a bicycle owned by the victim E, which is bound to be locked from the stairs located at the middle point of the fifth and the sixth floor, to display the front door of the bicycle and the part of the hand.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victims' property.

2. The Defendant, at the above time and place, 8 households, such as the victim D (year 51, C Residential Self-Governing Council) were able to take the building into the 1st floor entrance, and take the 5th floor and the 6th floor of the building into the building, take a bath in a large amount, as seen above, from the hallway, the fire extinguishing unit was divided into the corridor, divided the fire extinguishing unit into the corridor, cut off another’s entrance and digital painting, and cut down the emergency bell of the fire alarm unit up to a total of 0 minutes.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victims' collective housing.
