[criminal power] On November 26, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to two years and four months of imprisonment for breach of trust at the Busan District Court on December 9, 2019, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on December 9, 2019.

【Criminal Facts】

1. The Defendant: (a) paid a total of 21 members of the 250,000 won each month to the victims; and (b) paid a total of 10,000 won from the 25th day of each month to the 25th day of the month; and (c) paid a total of 300,000 won to the victims of the above 4th day from January 2017, which was operated by the method of receiving the money together with the interest of the said 50,000 won until the said day (hereinafter referred to as “25,000 won”); and (d) the Defendant was obligated to pay a total of 10,000 won to the victims of the above 5th day from December 2017 to May 2019, the Defendant received a total of 30,000 won from the victim’s residence and its neighboring place of residence; and (d) the Defendant received a total of 10,000 won from the victim’s account transfer to 15,50,00,00,000 won.
