Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding one million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 12:30 on January 21, 2013, the Defendant operated approximately 10 km car, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, to the roads in front of the Donsan-dong of Gwangju Mine-dong on the roads in front of the 599-38, Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Gwangju.
