Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around August 9, 2011, the Defendant: (a) prescribed that F, an industrial accident patient, should perform physical treatment on July 3, 2011, and July 10, 201, the Defendant claimed KRW 2,300 per time to the Korea Workers’ Compensation and Welfare Service, even though he/she did not actually perform physical treatment.

The Defendant, on August 11, 201, received KRW 2,300 under the name of the above medical expenses from the Victim Corporation, and received the medical expenses by deceiving the Victim Corporation to receive the total amount of KRW 409,390 from the Victim Corporation by filing a claim, even though there was no actual physical therapy, such as the list of crimes in the attached Table (1).

2. Around July 31, 2010, the Defendant filed a claim for KRW 3,390 for a restaurant restaurant food, 3,390 for a direct charge, and 1,670 for additional charges, as if he/she provided meals to G on the above day, even though he/she had never provided a heavy meals to G, who is an industrial accident patient, on June 27, 2010.

The Defendant, on July 21, 2010, received KRW 10,120 ( KRW 3,390 x 21,670 x 2) from the Victim Service, and received medical expenses by fraud or other improper means, in addition to the Defendant, by deceiving the Victim Service to receive property of KRW 168,700 in total from the Victim Service, according to the method of receiving a claim, even though there was no actual meal provision, such as the attached crime list (2).
