The organization of telecommunications-based financial fraud (i.e., one-time “scam”) is an organization that calls to many unspecified victims, assumes a financial institution, withdraws cash under the pretext of repayment of existing loans by inducing them to make a loan to the victims, and commits fraud by directly receiving a loan. The organization plays the role of “induction” and “collection” under which the victims are delivered cash by phoneing to the victims.

On August 2020, the Defendant: (a) received a proposal from a person who was named in the name of the Singing Team (hereinafter “C team leader”) who was unable to collect and transfer cash to an account that is designated for the purpose of transferring money; (b) knew that the said business could be used for the singing crime; (c) accepted the proposal for the purpose of receiving money; (d) received money from the employees of financial institutions while misrepresenting the employees of the financial institutions; and (e) attempted to commit telecommunications-based financial fraud by taking charge of collecting money, and (e) committed a telecommunications-based
