A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Seized evidence 1 and 2 shall be confiscated, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

On September 29, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Military Service Act at the Gwangju District Court on September 29, 2009, and was released on November 30, 201 in the Gwangju Prison on parole on November 30, 201, and the parole period expired on March 29, 201.

Criminal facts

The Defendant, at the end of December 2012, intended to steal cash at the rest of coffees and freeboards with poor living costs, purchased and prepared to purchase steculatory stes from Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju at the end of December 2012, and from the end of January 2013, E in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju.

1. On December 2, 2012, at the end of 02:00, the Defendant increased the tape on the front end of the “G cafeteria” page in Gwangju Mine-gu, by expanding the tape, and then recognized the paper paper by inserting this paper into the coffee machine, which is owned by the victim H, and then putting it into the coffee machine, and recognizing the paper paper. On the other hand, at around 02:00, the Defendant cut 35,000 won by dividing the paper paper left by cutting the tape, and then putting 15,000 won into 50 won am.

From around that time to March 2013, the Defendant stolen total of KRW 829,000, which is the cash owned by the victims, over 28 occasions, as shown in the List of Crimes (Ⅰ).

2. At early 04:30 on March 2013, the Defendant cut down the locks of sprinkers owned by the victim K and removed cash 70,000 won in the cash storage box inside the spacker using a mountain sprinker prepared in advance in front of the “J restaurant” set up in Y-gun I, Sungsung-gun, Seoul, and then removed 70,000 won.

From around that time to March 27, 2013, the Defendant stolen total of KRW 1,784,000, which is the cash owned by the victims, 18 times in total, as shown in the attached Table of Crimes (Ⅱ).

3. On March 13, 2013, the Defendant cut off the lower part of the cash payment clocks owned and managed by the victim NPCs by using the mountain clock cutting machines prepared in advance before “M”, which is convenience stores in L on the Nabju City, around 02:30 on March 13, 2013, but the inner clocks.
