1. The Defendant’s KRW 69,428,497 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 5% per annum from September 23, 2017 to July 12, 2019.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is an insurer who entered into a fire insurance contract with C University on engineering pipes buildings and household fixtures, etc. located in D in the following cities.

The defendant is a person who manufactures and sells the rasher's machine (a device that processes materials by cutting, etc. using the rasher's high heat) with the trade name of "E".

B. On May 17, 2017, around 23:25, at C University Engineering Officer 4th floor electronic convergence engineering and 3D PepepsisiCo Laboratory, a fire presumed to have been generated from the instant equipment during the course of automatically operating the operation of cutting the structures to be crypted with the rasher machine (purchase, model name F, and the instant equipment) manufactured and sold by the said school student by the said school student, and then the fire (hereinafter referred to as the instant fire) was presumed to have been burned out from the instant equipment during the next page, causing damage to the building and the engine fixtures in the laboratory.

C. On September 22, 2017, the Plaintiff paid KRW 138,856,994 (Building 104,378,239, and KRW 34,478,7555) to C University, via G’s assessment of insurance proceeds for the instant fire.

The Korea Electrical Safety Institute presented the following opinions (written appraisal and fact-finding reply) with respect to two electric wires collected from the equipment of this case (the fact-finding is found).
