A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 18, 2019, the injured Defendant, within the residence of the victim D (66 years of age) of the victim of B apartment C of Busan B Apartment-gu, Busan, on the ground of noise between floors, inflicted injury on the victim, such as damage to the land and power lines of the land near the right bridge, the right-hand side of the victim, which requires approximately four weeks of medical treatment, due to the sudden breakdown in which the victim could not enter the front of the entrance, and the victim could not enter the front of the entrance.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous articles and inflicted each injury on the victims.
