1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 157,952,605 and the amount of KRW 70,420,765 among them, from June 14, 2018 to the date of full payment.

In addition to the purport of each statement in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 6, the defendant received a loan from the plaintiff on July 17, 2018 as interest rate of KRW 157 million per annum, interest rate of KRW 18% per annum, interest rate of KRW 18% per annum, and July 17, 2011. The repayment date of the loan thereafter is extended on July 17, 2015. The defendant extended the repayment date of the loan to July 17, 2015. The defendant bears interest and interest interest rate of KRW 70,420,765 and KRW 87,531,840 as of June 13, 2018. The defendant bears interest and interest rate of KRW 8.02% per annum as of June 13, 2018.

According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 157,982,605 (i.e., the principal amount of KRW 70,420,765 and interest for arrears of KRW 87,531,840) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of KRW 8.02% per annum, which is the agreed damages for delay.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is decided as per Disposition.
