Defendant A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 1,000,000, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,00.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants were serving as insurance designer in a new life insurance company from November 6, 2015 to a new life insurance company from November 6, 2015, and have been serving as an insurance designer.

1. From November 1, 2015 to June 201 of the same month, Defendant A connected the customer integrated management system (hereinafter “bigation system”) managed by a new life insurance company using a personal computer to the customer’s name, customer name, commodity number, contract number, date, and insurance coverage of five customers who subscribed to a new life insurance, and printed out 13 copies of customer information document with personal information on five customers who subscribed to the new life insurance from around November 6, 2015, the date of the said retirement, and had the right to leak out personal information to the office A with 312-ro 12-o, 312-o, 5-ro, 197, Geongsungnam-gu, Gyeongginam-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

2. From November 1, 2015 to July 7 of the same month, Defendant B connected to the customer integration management system (hereinafter “bigation system”) managed by the new life insurance company at the Suwon Branch Office Co., Ltd., Ltd., as described in paragraph (1), using the same method as described in paragraph (1), and then printed out 498 copies of customer information document against 239 customers, stating personal information, such as the customer name, product name, securities number, contract date, insurance coverage, etc., which was entered in the new life insurance company, and leaked the personal information of Defendant B to A, Inc., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., 312-ro 5, 312-ro, 77, Nov. 6, 2015, 2015, which was the date of the retirement.
