1. The Defendant’s KRW 10 million with respect to the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff’s annual rate of 5% from February 23, 2018 to November 14, 2018, as follows.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff and C completed the marriage report on December 23, 2014 while serving together with the D branch E Health Council, and the Defendant was employed as a clinical pathology in the above health clinic working for the Plaintiff around March 2017.
B. Around May 2017, the Defendant and C sent an individual contact after having been on a hill business trip, and sent or stamped a photograph out of the Defendant from seven months to six times.
C. Around August 2017, the Defendant sent a kisk to C in his kisk and kisk to make kisk in his hand. D.
Around November 2017, the Defendant exposed and delivered his chests to C and the video call.
E. From December 29, 2017 to January 12, 2018, the Defendant and C affixed the Defendant’s sexual flag, chest photographs, and C’s sexual flag photographs.
F. On January 20, 2018, the Defendant prepared and delivered each of the following documents to the Plaintiff.
The defendant acknowledges that the act of misconduct was commenced in December 2017 with C and C, and it does not meet with C, and we need not contact.
In addition, I will retire from the company until April 2018 and then will comply with the following matters at the time of the death of the company.
1. It shall inform the neighboring persons of such fact as family relatives and relatives;
2. A personal contact with C and in the future, or five million won per day on a day to the Plaintiff.
3. He/she shall publish evidential materials to his/her family members when he/she becomes aware of retirement by the prescribed date.
G. After the Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit on April 9, 2018, the Plaintiff contacted the Defendant to observe the commitment:

H. Accordingly, the Defendant submitted a resignation document as of May 4, 2018
