Reasons
1. Demanding the return of KRW 260,00,000, which is sought against the Defendant who succeeded to the status of the lessor by purchasing the above real estate and acquiring the ownership thereof, on the ground that the lease agreement entered into with the co-owners F and G of D apartment E, located outside Seoul Jung-gu, and one parcel of land (from April 30, 2017 to April 29, 2019, lease deposit KRW 260,000,000) on the said real estate has expired at the expiration of the lease period.
