A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 16:50 on July 29, 2015, the Defendant driving a vehicle C in the C-T-T-T-T-T-A-T-A-T-A-T-A-T-A-T-A-T-A-T-A-A-U-U-U-U-A-U-U-A-A-U-A-U-A-U-U-U-A-U-U-U

2. A person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act shall not operate a motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance, but the defendant operated the motor vehicle at the above time and place without mandatory insurance.

Summary of Evidence

1. A protocol concerning the examination of the police officers of the accused;

1. Application of Acts and subordinate statutes to the motor vehicle driver's license ledger, mandatory insurance inquiry and control manual;

Relevant Article of the Act concerning the facts constituting an offense, subparagraph 1 of Article 152 of the Road Traffic Act and Article 43 of the same Act (unlicensed Driving), Article 46 (2) 2 of the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act, the main sentence of Article 8 of the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act, and the selection of imprisonment, respectively;
