After the completion of all the procedure for the designation of the official goods on the date of auction, the interested parties who reported their rights shall not be deemed to be erroneous because they did not notify the date of auction.

The Re-Appellant's grounds of reappeal are examined.

The grounds for reappeal are correct in the order of the court below that the successful bid price of the auction real estate is less than the market price. The reasons for reappeal are that the auction court's decision cannot be a ground for objection against the decision of approval of auction because the successful bid price of the auction real estate is less than the market price. Even if the auction court reported the right to the auction court as an interested party by submitting a copy of the register which registered the ownership transfer on the 13th day of the same month as the 14th day of the same month after the completion of all the procedure for the auction on June 15, 196, along with the procedure for the auction on the 14th day of the same month and the 13th day of the same month as the 14th day of the same month after the completion of all the procedure for the auction, it cannot be said that the interested party did not notify of the auction date.
