Punishment of the crime

A suspect is a person eligible for a call for education of public duty personnel, and is not required to be enlisted within three days from the call for education without justifiable grounds. However, on November 19, 2013, from C Private Teaching Institutes in Kimhae-si B, Kim Jong-si, the suspect received a notice of call for education under the name of the director of the regional office of education in e-mail, and did not respond to the call for education without justifiable grounds by the date three days have elapsed from the date of the call for education.
