A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was a person who served as the head of the fishing village fraternity B in Seopo-si from March 2008 to March 2016.

Around December 20, 2013, the Defendant filed an application for the grant of subsidies to “C” subsidized projects (a fishing village fraternity shall remodel the above subsidized projects with subsidies of KRW 26 million, and a fishing village fraternity shall create profits by operating them) with the project cost of KRW 86 million in the office of Seopo-si Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, and the Defendant filed an application for the grant of subsidies to “C” subsidized projects (a fishing village fraternity shall remodel the welfare center into the pen). The Defendant held the Fourth Committee for the said subsidized projects and obtained consent from the representatives of fishing village fraternities, and the Defendant was 26 million won with the fishing village fraternity reserve funds, etc. on November 12, 2013, and the application for the grant of subsidies to “C will operate the project by remodelling the C by remodeling it with the pen”, respectively.

However, in fact, the 4th alternative committee did not have obtained the consent of representatives through the meeting, and the 26 million won self-paid was not prepared through the reserve fund of the fishing village fraternity, but invested by D, and even if the pentol was completed through remodeling construction, it was not directly conducted by the fishing village fraternity but leased to D.

On February 13, 2014, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim so-called “sporesponding City” and by deceiving the victim into the E-book (F) in the name of the fishing village fraternity B on February 13, 2014, the Defendant acquired 60 million won as a subsidy.
