The defendant is not guilty. The summary of the judgment against the defendant shall be published.

The Defendant in the facts charged was a person who was a bromoer who had been engaged in the work of obtaining a false certificate of the performance records of overseas electrical construction; B was a person who worked at the construction site of Libyvia and Saudi Arabia under C, and the victim D is an electrical construction company, E corporation, and F corporation.

However, in fact, the Defendant and B thought from the beginning that, without having the victim receive a contract for the actual construction from the beginning, they would have forged or falsified a contract under the name of the company operating Libybya to make the victim appear to have been awarded a contract for the electrical construction, and therefore, even if they received a down payment and fee from the victim, they did not have the intent or ability to have the victim secure the result of electrical construction by subcontracting the electrical construction to the local corporation.

Nevertheless, the defendant and B conspired with the victim as mentioned above, and deceiving the victim as such, 90 million won as contract deposit from the victim on the same day, and January 25, 201 and the same year.

2. On 25. 25. Each 30 million won was received and the sum of KRW 150 million was acquired through deception.

2. On March 201, the Defendant and B related to the performance of construction work of Saudi Arabia shall have the record of the construction work of Libybybya from the Defendant’s office located in the Gu, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seoul, with the inside of Libya.
