A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Of the facts charged in the instant case, the indictment against insult is dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 2017, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force by avoiding disturbance for about 20 minutes, such as drinking alcohol, drinking alcohol without permission from the victim D while drunk in a “E” restaurant operated by the victim D; (b) drinking alcohol without permission from the victim; and (c) drinking alcohol to other customers; and (d) drinking alcohol.

2. Around 19:00 at the end of March 2017, the Defendant: (a) h, operated by the Victim G in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, “H”; (b) took a bath to the victim under the influence of alcohol on the ground that the victim she had her bath before her; (c) recommended the victim to have her home home, and (d) led the victim to the said seed, but continued to her home, thereby obstructing the victim’s release of the seeds by force by avoiding disturbance for about 10 minutes; and (d) she obstructed the victim’s release by force.

3. In around 07:40 on March 30, 2017, the injured Defendant: (a) obstructed the Victim K (46 years old) who wishes to enter the said marina in the Nam-gu Incheon Nam-gu, Incheon; and (b) laid off the victim K (46 years old) without any justifiable reason.
