If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 06:00 on August 9, 2012, the Defendant was removed from D, a police officer belonging to the Seoul Mapo-gu Police Station C District Department, who was dispatched after receiving 112 reports.

피고인은 위 D으로부터 소리를 지르는 등 소란을 피우는 것을 제지당하자 “야 짭새 새끼 까버린다”고 말하는 등 소리를 지르며 양손으로 위 D의 가슴을 3회 밀쳐 폭행하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning crime prevention and suppression of police officers.
