A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years and by a fine of fifty thousand won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant and the Defendant jointly committed the following crimes: (a) each of the two and three premises of the building in Gangnam-gu Seoul with B and Dong businesses indicated the trade name “D” (mutual change in EE) on May 2015; (b) “G” or “I” on the first floor of the Seoul Gangnam-gu F building; (c) around July 2016, the trade name of “H” is indicated as “G” or “I”; and (d) the business name of “L” on the fourth floor of the J building in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, and the first floor and the second underground floor in the Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, and the first and second floors in the Gangnam-gu, Seoul, with “L” as “n”; and (e) the commercial sex trafficking business establishment of “N” on the first floor and the second underground floor in the Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, and the commercial sex trafficking business establishment of “P” in Seoul, Seoul, while the business name of “P” in the Gangnam-gu Seoul, between Q and five floors.

From January 2016 to October 31, 2016, the Defendant, along with B, S, T, U,V, W, and X, advertised a business place on the Internet site, such as “Y”, “Z”, etc., at the said six places of sexual traffic, and received a delivery of KRW 80,00 to KRW 320,00 from male customers who found the business place by reporting the advertisement and communicating, and then let female sexual traffic, such as “AB, AC,” “AE,” “AF,” etc., engage in sexual intercourse or similar sexual intercourse with male customers.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with B, V, W, U, X, S, and T, has arranged commercial sex acts.

2. The Defendant solely committed the Defendant, from August 1, 2016 to September 30, 2016, advertised business places on the second floor of the building in Songpa-gu Seoul, with the name of “AH” and “Z”, on the Internet site, such as “Y”, “Z”, etc. from the second floor of the building in Songpa-gu, Seoul, and reported and contacted the advertisement, and had male customers who found the business place receive the payment of sexual traffic from male customers, and had them do sexual traffic women receive the payment of sexual traffic and have them do sexual intercourse or similar sexual intercourse with male customers.

Accordingly, the defendant has arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.
