1. In the case of Plaintiff B, the claim amount changed in the trial shall be reduced from 251,035,232 to 211,392,558 won.

1. The fact that there is no dispute over the ground for recognition of the basic fact, Gap evidence 1 through 6, 16, and the purport of the whole pleadings;

A. The Defendant is a juristic person that operates transfer income sources by employing a branch of the Dongdaemun-gu, alternates, Nowon-gu, Suwon, Incheon, and Ilsan, etc. The Plaintiffs, who were in charge of the lecture duties of the said driving school, were in charge of the Plaintiff D’s chemical “chemical” subjects, and the rest of the Plaintiffs, respectively.

B. The Plaintiffs entered into a mandatory service consignment agreement (hereinafter “instant consignment agreement”) with the Defendant, and the details of the said agreement are as follows.

Article 1 (Purpose of Contract on Entrustment of Duties) The purpose of this Agreement is to clarify the relationship between the rights and obligations in relation to the lectures and research in the field specified in Article 3 below to the plaintiff (the plaintiff) and Eul to receive lectures and research and to perform them in good faith.

Article 3 (Entrusted Affairs) (1) B shall be demoted to (English) subjects.

The method of a lecture shall include all the lectures, such as the private teaching institute lecture, the posters and the special lecture.

(2) Eul shall research the contents, methods, etc. of the lectures referred to in paragraph (1) and gratuitously revert the copyright of the research works to Gap (excluding subsidiary teaching materials produced and used by Eul for lectures). Article 5 (Payment of Entrustment Fees) (1)

(2) Section B may choose one of the flexible PAY contained in the attached agreement, and shall receive commission fees pursuant to the selected PAY.

Article 6 (Obligations to B) (1) A shall perform all entrusted duties on his/her own responsibility in good faith according to the purpose and purpose of the entrusted duties.

(2) No Eul shall sub-contract any entrusted business to any third party without the consent of Gap.

(5) Eul shall enter into this Agreement with Gap.
