A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than a handler of narcotics, may sell, arrange for the trade of, receive, possess, possess, use, manage, prepare, administer, administer, or possess marijuana, and the defendant is not a person who has escaped from North Korea on April 24, 201 and entered the Republic of Korea as a person who has left Korea on April 24, 2014.

1. Crimes of psychotropic drugs;

A. On January 2020, the Defendant received and delivered Metepopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopicopopopopopopopicopopopopopopopopopopopicopopopopopopopopicopopopopicopopopopicopopopopicopopopicopopicopopopicopopopicopopopicopopicop

B. 1) The Defendant from the end of July 2020 to the same year.

8. From the residence of the Defendant of the Namdong-gu Incheon apartment B apartment unit E, the Defendant received KRW 400,000 in cash from the landmen F, and delivered approximately KRW 1g of the penphones on the job to sell and purchase the penphones.

2) On August 23, 2020, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 4.5 million in cash from H, the buyer of opon, from the Defendant’s wife; and (b) transferred approximately KRW 500,000 to the Defendant’s KB bank account (J) in the name of the Defendant’s wife; and (c) traded opphones by delivering approximately 20 g of opon from the Defendant’s address.

3) On September 7, 2020, the Defendant received 4.8 million won in cash from the above H at the above H’s residence, delivered approximately 10g philopon on the 14th of the same month, delivered approximately 10g philopon at the above Defendant’s residence, and traded philopon by delivering approximately 10g philopon at the above Defendant’s residence.

4) On September 14, 2020, at around 16:48, the Defendant received KRW 50,000 from the above H to an account in the name of the Defendant, and issued approximately KRW 1g of philopon from the place to sell philopon.

5) On January 3, 2021, the Defendant: (a) around 21:00, parked in the Defendant’s GTP car located in the Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Jung-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, to a road adjacent to the K market; and (b) phiphones.
