A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

The defendant was also friendly with the victim due to the victim's parent's request after the victim's mother's father's mother's father's mother's father's father's mother's father's mother's 2012, and the victim was friendly with the victim's mother's mother's father's mother's mother's mother's mother's mother's father's mother's mother's mother. The victim was able to follow

1. On October 2012, the Defendant, in violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Indecent Acts, etc.), was parked in a cemetery with the victim’s mother’s home by having the victim interfered with his/her house, and was parked in a cemetery with the victim’s mother’s home, and then was placed on the victim who was seated on the top of his/her own lighting.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed indecent act against the child or juvenile victim by force.

2. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse;

A. On October 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 23:00 to 24:00 on the lower order of October 2012, the Defendant: (b) around the apartment in which the victim is living, on the front of the apartment, carried the birth of the victim and the victim to the apartment house; (c) sent the birth of the victim and the victim to the household with the birth of the victim; and (d) made the victim sit on the front order; (c) moved the vehicle to the back of the string; (d) moved the vehicle without any neighboring human resources; and (e) moved the vehicle to the back of the string, parked the victim into the part of the victim; and (e) forced the victim to sit the victim’s body above the body and put the Defendant’s sexual flag into the part of the victim; (e) however, the victim did not go against his body and resist his intent.

As a result, the Defendant attempted to have sexual intercourse with a child or juvenile victim by force, but did not have the intent to resist against the victim, but did not have the intent to do so.

B. On November 201, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 03:00 to 04:00, at the victim’s residence located in Net City E; (b) while setting television with the victim, the Defendant refused to refuse to do so; (c) but, at the same time, the Defendant’s arms and legs.
