1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Basic facts are the F Limited Partnership Company established in around 1981 and runs the business of selling liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) in Ansan-gu, etc. during the period of Ansan-si. The Plaintiff is the general partner and representative member of the non-party company, and the Defendant is the limited partner of the non-party company.

On the same day, D and E separately prepared for each of their respective shares on November 20, 201, along with the sales contract of November 20, 201, and attached with the contract of November 20, 2001, the registration of transfer of shares as follows was completed under No. 2255 with respect to the shares of the instant real estate under the head of Suwon District Court No. 2254 on November 20, 201.
