Reasons
1. The reasoning of the court's explanation concerning this case is that "the person has accepted it" in the third page 5 of the judgment of the court of first instance (see, e.g., Supreme Court Decision 2002Da36228, Sept. 24, 2002) is reasonable to deem that "the person has accepted it or he/she has jointly and severally and severally guaranteed it" in the third page 5 of the judgment of the court of first instance.
"In addition to dismissal, it is the same as the entry of the reasons for the judgment of the court of first instance, and it is cited by the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. In conclusion, the judgment of the first instance is legitimate, and the defendant's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
