A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than a narcotics handler, shall possess, possess, use, transport, control, import, export, manufacture, prepare, administer, give or receive, intermediate the transaction of, or offer psychotropic drugs, and the defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. At around 03:00 on October 4, 2019, the Defendant: (a) received 300,000 psychotropic drugs in the public parking lot near Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “D”); (b) around 23:00 on May 4, 2020, the Defendant purchased and sold the MMA 20,000,000 won from the above name in the public parking lot located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “D”).

2. The Defendant, on October 2019, administered MMA A in a way that dMAs purchased as above were added to be dilution and dilution from male toilets in C as indicated in paragraph (1) around 05:0, mid- to October 2019.

B) On May 4, 2020, at around 01:00, the Defendant administered MDR eggs purchased as stated in paragraph 1(b) from male toilets in paragraph 1(a) as indicated in paragraph 1(b), by dilution and drinking them. (c) The Defendant, at around 01:0 on May 5, 2020, 1) by inserting MDR eggs purchased as stated in paragraph 1(a) from male toilets in paragraph 1(b) into beer and dilution and drinking them. (d) around 02:0 on May 16, 2020, the Defendant administered them by dilution and dilution them into beer. (e) around 02:00 at the Defendant’s residence of the Defendant of Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City E-gu, Incheon, as described in paragraph 1(b).

E) At around 23:00 on May 17, 2020, the Defendant administered MMA eggs purchased as described in paragraph (1)(b) in the Defendant’s residence, by dilution and drinking them.

3. At around 01:00 as of October 2019, the Defendant purchased and sold the 2.50,00 won of the Kenya’s inception at the public parking lot listed in paragraph 1(a).
