Punishment of the crime

On April 10, 2014, at around 02:50, the Defendant leaked approximately 100 liters of static fuel oil into a mountain stream, public waters, in order to transport static fuel oil produced at the places of business located in the innovation corporation, a five-lane 23-gil, Yangsan-si, Seoul, to another company.
