A and B shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, each of them is 100.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who is engaged in fisheries as the captain of the coast cab vessel C(3.66 tons) with the coast cab vessel C(3.66 tons), and the defendant B is an owner of the above C(3.66 tons) and is engaged in fisheries.

1. Where a person is issued a certificate of ship's nationality, etc., he/she shall, without delay, indicate the name of the fishing vessel, port of shipment, gross tonnage, measurement of sea degree, etc. on the fishing vessel, and shall not conceal, alter or remove the indication of the fishing vessel name, etc. and shall not use the fishing vessel for navigation or operation;
