Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Around 08:30 on August 8, 2014, the Defendant, within the F Office located in Pakistan, sent a written confirmation to G that “on May 16, 2008, upon completion of construction works, he/she shall repay debts related to the loan certificates to G,” which was written by the Defendant, at the F Office located in Pakistan, and then destroyed the documents owned by the victim by means of tearing it into tear gas.
