1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;

2.Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 3, 2017, at around 22:10, the Defendant driven a sports cargo vehicle in B Coin without obtaining a driver’s license from around approximately 1.5 km to around the 30-2nd road of the iron-line in the city of Busan, the steel-line in the city of Busan, to the road in front of 30-2.
