Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant insultingd on August 8, 2016, the victim E (V, 51 years of age) located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan around 12:00 and worked for the victim E (V, 51 years of age).

While finding in the F Center conference room 4 persons, G et al., who are women’s work clubs, etc., the victims were sexually insulting the victims by saying, “I will sell the house in mind and collect money,” and openly insulting the victims.

2. The Defendant: (a) committed assault, at the same time and place as the above paragraph (1) above, committed assault, i.e., the victim’s chests and necks by taking the victim into an empty classroom, which was next to the victim; and (b) the victim’s chests and necks by sounding the victim’s chests and necks.
