Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On May 2, 2016, at around 21:05, the Defendant driven C body-ray car without obtaining a driver's license from approximately 4km section from the front day of the upper gumtech, which is located in 39-5, to the front day of the studio in the same city, from the front day of the upper gumtech, to the 39-5-5 Sim of the same city.

The reason for sentencing under Article 152 Subparag. 1 and Article 43 of the Road Traffic Act as to the crime under the pertinent law relating to the crime was two times of a fine due to drunk driving, two times of a suspended sentence of imprisonment, one time of a fine due to drunk driving and one time of a fine due to non-licensed driving, and one time of a fine due to a non-licensed driving, and even though the defendant was sentenced to a fine due to a non-licensed driving during the suspended sentence of imprisonment due to a drunk driving, he/she repeated without a license during the suspended sentence period (the defendant asserts that he/she was driving in order to borrow money from the company’s funds, but it does not seem to have any alternative), and considering the fact that the risk of repeating a crime is high, the defendant is sentenced to a punishment corresponding to the crime.
In selecting a specific term of punishment, the circumstances that form the conditions of sentencing specified in the records and arguments of this case, such as the effect of the previous suspended sentence, Defendant’s age, environment, character and conduct, motive for committing a crime, circumstances before and after committing a crime, etc., shall be considered in light of the favorable circumstances such as the Defendant’s mistake and the fact that the Defendant would not repeat a crime while disposing of the vehicle, and other circumstances that form the conditions
