Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A and Defendant B operated a factory in a vinyl house illegally installed in G Yangyang-si Forest Land at the Namyang-si.

Defendants conspired in collusion on April 2016, 201 to find H’s possession of forest land in the instant G at the coffee shop located in the Geumyang-si, Geumyang-si, Geumyang-si, Geumyang-si, the Hanyang-si, and to K as the owner of the said J, the land was exposed to the damage of forest land due to aviation photographing from viewing so that public officials in charge may call out and make solicitation so that control or punishment may not be imposed.

On April 18, 2016, at the fence store operated by I in L in Namyang-si L, I received 4.6 million won in cash from I to receive money and valuables for arranging matters belonging to public officials' duties.

2. The Defendant C served in the Namyang M Viewing and viewing division from November 11, 2014 to October 6, 2016

N is a person who has been in charge of controlling illegal acts, such as construction of illegal facilities and change of land form and quality within the development restriction zone.

On April 14, 2016, the Defendant received a bribe in relation to his duties, upon receipt of a request from A and B to make a statement about G and its neighboring illegal acts on the road located in Geumyang-dong, Geumyang-dong, Geumyang-si, Geumyang-si, 219-1, G and its neighboring illegal acts, and received a bribe in relation to his duties.
