1. Basic facts

A. The current status of the instant building and entry in the registry, and the relationship between the parties 1) The D Ground Building on the registry as stated in paragraph (1) of this Article (hereinafter “instant building”).

B. 3) On the ground that the cancellation price of the entire ledger on August 13, 2004 and July 11, 2003 as indicated in the above paragraph (1) of the same paragraph was caused by mistake, the general building register on the first floor of wood tanks 37.68 square meters and the first floor 37.68 square meters (owner net G, date of approval for use 1896), among the buildings listed in the above paragraph (1) of the same paragraph of the same Article, was re-established. 4) At the Plaintiff’s request, the U.S. Military Administration corrected the parcel number of the building described in the item of paragraph (2) of the same paragraph from “D” to “F” (based on this, the Plaintiff, as seen earlier, on August 14, 2017).
