1. For the Intervenor succeeding to the Plaintiff:

A. Defendant C indicated the attached sheet No. 112, among the 4,212 square meters of the 4,212 square meters of the Gyeongung-gun, Chungcheongnam-do.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On February 27, 2009, the Plaintiff completed the registration of transfer of ownership on the ground of sale on February 26, 2009, with respect to the land of 4,212 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) located in Ulsan-do, Ulsan-do.

B. On March 25, 2015, the Intervenor succeeding to the Plaintiff completed the registration of transfer of ownership on the ground of sale on February 5, 2015 with respect to each of one-half shares of the instant land.

C. However, as indicated below, the housing owned by the Defendants is affected by the boundary of the instant land, and the Defendants occupy it.
