A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 6, 2016, from around 14:00 to 23:50 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) parked the horse at the entrance and exit of the Defendant, for the same reason, for nine hours to 50 minutes; (b) obstructed the victim’s operation of the Posiwon by force; and (c) interfered with the victim’s operation of the Posiwon.
