Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On March 5, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 700,00,000 as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Sungnam branch of Suwon District Court, and a fine of KRW 2 million as a same crime in the same court on March 25, 2010.

On April 26, 2015, the Defendant driven BM5 car under the influence of alcohol content 0.076% in blood alcohol concentration from the front of the Suwon-gu Suwon-gu, Sungnam-si to the front of the Handong-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu. In addition, the Defendant driven BM5 car under the influence of alcohol content 0.076%.
