Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall conduct business in a school environment sanitation and cleanup zone, which provides services that are likely to engage in physical contacts between unspecified persons, exposure to sealed parts, etc. or to engage in any other similar conduct.

Nevertheless, on October 24, 2016, the Defendant: (a) divided the inside of the above building into partitionss, etc. in the name of “C User” from Busan Shodong B and the second floor, which is a school environment cleanup zone; and (b) operated a business in which physical contacts with many unspecified customers, or disclosure of sex-related body parts or similarity is likely to occur.
