1. Defendant 1, Inc., purchased and sold on May 2, 1997 the real estate stated in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. (i) Defendant Hyundai Construction, as a contractor and implementer, newly constructed an aggregate building D on the ground, such as Busan, Jin-gu, Busan, and completed registration of initial ownership on December 22, 1997.

(B) On March 5, 1997, she concluded a contract with the Defendant Hyundai Construction to sell 24 stores, including the store of this case, and on May 2, 1997, concluded a contract to sell the store of this case among them to the Plaintiff.

(1) The Seoul Central District Court rendered a provisional attachment order around October 24, 1997 on the following matters: (i) the right relationship and the management of the store as to the store, etc. of this case; (ii) the creditor with respect to the defendant 00,000,000 won in total, as a creditor with respect to the defendant 1,335,000,000 won in face value as a preserved right; and (iii) the creditor filed an application for provisional attachment of the right to claim ownership

As to the 67 D stores including the instant store, Defendant 00, Dol Young-young, the right to claim for ownership transfer registration under the sales contract against Defendant Hyundai Construction, Dol Young-young, which was purchased from Defendant Hyundai Construction, double parcelling-out, and multiple buyers received the decision to prohibit real estate disposal for the said store, and the record registration was completed.

In the process, with respect to Nos. 309, 312, and 708 among the stores of this case, there are a number of 11 stores (No. 304, 309, 310, 311, 312, 410, 511, 702, 705, 706, 708) including the store of this case, among the stores of this case, 11 stores (No. 304, 309, 310, 312, 312, 410, 702, 705, 706, and 708).
