1. Of the Plaintiff’s lawsuit against Defendant F Co., Ltd., the part demanding confirmation of the shareholder rights of the shares listed in the separate sheet.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On January 13, 1967, Defendant F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant F”) was established with the total number of 5,500 shares (1,00 won per share) and KRW 5,500,000 capital for the purpose of providing guidance on business administration. At the time of incorporation, eight persons listed in the register of shareholders of Defendant F Co., Ltd. were listed as indicated below as shareholders.
