A is a person who runs a meat sales and processing business from March 21, 2014 to the name of "C" in Bupyeong-si B.

1. No person who is subject to the Act on Origin Labeling of Agricultural and Fishery Products shall make a false indication of origin or make an indication that may cause confusion as to such indication;

Nevertheless, the Defendant from January 19, 2017

1. From the date of February 26, 200, the Korea Exchange made about 40 gift tax rate ( approximately KRW 2,000,000) by mixing the Korean cattle cattle and the U.S. cattle cattle cattle with the origin at the same place, and made a false indication of origin on the gift tax package by selling a false indication of origin by marking a “one well-known gift sheet” as if the origin was a domestic product.

2. No livestock products that fail to meet the standards pursuant to the methods of storage and distribution of livestock products in violation of the Sanitary Control of Livestock Products Act shall be sold, nor stored, transported or displayed for sale;

Nevertheless, on February 6, 2017, the Defendant kept the frozen goods of the Free Trade Zone “C” operated by the Defendant, -18∑ C, 10kg of freezing 10km (domestic acid), freezing 24.4g, Free Trade Zone (U.S.), 26.68g of Free Trade Zone (U.S.), 23.95 gg of freezing 23.95 kilograms (U.S.), Free Trade Zone (U.S.), Free Trade Zone (U.S.), 74.6kg, total of 169.47km (U.S.) and 50 million won for sale of meat products.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the standards for the preservation and distribution method of livestock products.
