1. The Defendant’s KRW 11,157,366 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from August 16, 2007 to February 11, 2015.
Reasons
1. Occurrence of liability for damages;
A. On August 16, 2007, Nonparty B is a Class 6 dump truck C vehicle (hereinafter “instant dump truck”) around 15:20 on August 16, 2007.
