A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On May 20, 2013, the victim D participated in the auction of real estate rent for land A in Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, and the defendant occupies the above land and exercises the lien.
