1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates the “E ticket office” in the D amusement park located in the Young-gu Busan Metropolitan City, and the victim F(46) is a person who operates the “G ticket office” in the vicinity thereof.

1. Around September 5, 2017, the Defendant insultd the victim on September 13:05, 201, and she saw the victim on the front side of the Busan Young-do, Busan, and she saw the victim on a large scale.

A tin-to-face shall not be a tin-to-face.

In other words, “the victim was openly insulting.”

2. The Defendant of defamation, on November 4, 2017, refers to the victim, and refers him/her to a large amount of money at the same place as seen above, and is thus illegal.

However, unlike the defendant's oral statement, the victim was legally conducting the business of selling Scenic boats.

Accordingly, the defendant has damaged the reputation of the victim by openly pointing out false facts.

3. On November 24, 2017, at around 14:05, the Defendant interfered with the business, as follows: (a) repeatedly and repeatedly, in the front of the excursion ship ticket box operated by the injured party at the same place, “the two-time excursion ship sailing ends.”

The phrase “the victim was able to purchase boarding tickets at the victim’s pleasure line stand.” As such, customers, who were trying to purchase boarding tickets at the victim’s pleasure line.

However, in fact, among the excursion ships that can be used as the right to embark on the excursion ships operated by the victim, the excursion ships of “I” did not operate after 14:00 as weather issues, but the excursion ships of “J” continued to operate until 16:00 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant spreads false facts or interfered with the victim's ticket sales by fraudulent means.
