Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a EXE-sports car.

On July 17, 2017, the Defendant driven the above car on July 13:57, 2017, and proceeded with the three-lane road in front of the Dental Care Center C located in Geumcheon-gu, Busan along the two-lanes from the side of the Busan National University to the hot spring road, and was stopped in front of the crosswalk stop line in accordance with the front-side red color new.

At the same time, there is a crosswalk with a vehicle signal apparatus, and the vehicle signal was in the state of red stop signal, so the driver had a duty of care to stop in front of the stop line and to prevent the accident by driving the vehicle safely in accordance with the signals, by checking the front and left and right of the stop line, until the vehicle signal is loaded.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so, and even before the electric-side signal is changed to the vehicle driving signal, the Defendant started and proceeded with the victim E, who passed the crosswalk on the off-to-land and passed the crosswalk, with the front of the car operated by the Defendant.

As a result, the Defendant caused the victim to suffer injury, such as a plehion 5 and 9, which require approximately 12 weeks of treatment by occupational negligence as above.
