1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiffs 1) Plaintiff A specified the relevant land as a parcel number when referring to the land in Gangnam-si E (hereinafter referred to as “F”).

(2) The land owned by the Plaintiffs is located adjacent to the wind power generation equipment installed by the Defendant while implementing a project for installing wind power generation, as follows.

B. The Defendant’s status 1) The I Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “I”)

(2) On June 13, 2006, upon filing an application for a license with respect to a business installing two electric power generators of 2.75MW on the installation of the facility capacity at JJ, and obtained a license from the Gangwon-do Governor on August 18, 2006. Accordingly, I installed two electric power generation devices (K and L out of the first temperature location map of evidence No. 3) around October 2007; 2) M Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “M”) (hereinafter referred to as “M”) with the company established on December 20, 206, from around January 20, 2007 to around October 12, 2007, after obtaining a license for the installation of new and renewable power generation facilities of 2MW on the electric power generation facilities of 20W (O. 12-12 of the location map of facilities of evidence No. 3) (hereinafter referred to as “new and renewable energy generation business”).

3) On March 24, 2006, the Defendant was established for the purpose of developing electric power resources, developing, designing, managing, and operating wind power plants, and succeeded to the instant project by absorbing M on July 11, 2012 by combining M.C. The process of the instant project and the installation of wind power generation devices (i) the Defendant as above.

(a) In addition to the 12-year wind power generator in paragraph (2), a total of 13 wind power generators and power transmission and distribution room shall be installed in the O and 25 lots; the location from the Gangnam Market on June 2015: O and 25 lots, special-purpose areas, agricultural and forest areas, structures, and development activities;
