Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Dystro in Ireland.

On December 18:15, 2014, the Defendant driven the above van on the 18:15th of Dec. 10, 2014, and driven the front road of the Yacheon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Taecheon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, at a speed of about 30 km from the opposite rith to the opposite breadth.
