1. The Defendant’s KRW 44,692,50 for the Plaintiff and KRW 6% per annum from April 1, 2018 to June 11, 2019.

The provisions pertaining to statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for the Reasons for Partial Dismissal (hereinafter referred to as the “Litigation Promotion Act”) are amended and promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced from June 1, 2019. Since the statutory interest rate under the Litigation Promotion Act was 12% per annum from June 1, 2019, it is recognized only as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum as stipulated under the said Act, and the exceeding portion is dismissed.
