1. Basic facts

A. The current status and ownership relationship of the instant land and the instant building 1) Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 1,322.3 square meters of H factory site (hereinafter “instant land”).

The approximate status of above-ground buildings is as follows, and the specific location, size, etc. are as shown in the annexed drawings. Among EF GF D above buildings, A, C, Dong and D (hereinafter “existing buildings”) are as follows:

) A building was newly built in around 1973, and the B, E, Fdong and D 2 floors (hereinafter referred to as “new building”).

(2) On April 3, 2012, I completed the registration of ownership transfer (public land portion: Plaintiff A54/100, Plaintiff B, and C 23/100) based on the Plaintiffs’ donations in the future.

3) After October 31, 2013, regarding the instant land and existing buildings ① International Asset Trust Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “International Asset Trust”) with the Plaintiffs on October 31, 2013.

(2) On March 25, 2014, the ownership transfer registration based on the trust property owned by the Plaintiffs was completed in the following order: (a) ownership transfer registration based on the trust property owned by the Plaintiffs; (b) ownership transfer based on international asset trust; and (c) ownership transfer based on the trust property owned by the Plaintiffs on December 30, 2014; and (b) J Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “J”) leased the instant land and existing buildings from I on December 14, 1990, and operated “K” from around that time.

L, on December 14, 1990, leased the above real estate from I and established the JJ on January 16, 1991 and was appointed as the representative director. Since then the J seems to succeed to the status of lessee.

The acts of L prior to the establishment of J for convenience are also regarded as acts of J.

2 Around December 190, J newly built E and Fdong on the land of this case, and newly built B Dong on May 15, 1991, and extended D and 2 Dong-dong around October 10, 201.
